Riverside Cemetery - Fargo, ND October 2nd, 2007 * Please click on noted pictures for audio files
Rachael and Joe joined with Mark, Julie and Clarice from Spirited Investigations for a night of hunting cemeteries. We started at Riverside Cemetery in South Fargo and later moved to Springdale in North Fargo. Both investigation garnered many EVP's and personal experiences. The Riverside investigation started in the early evening on October 2nd, 2007. Mark, Julie and Clarice invited us along to what became a great night of ghost hunting. Riverside is reported to have many gravestones with paranormal activity. One crypt is supposed to have knocking noises if a recorder is placed on it. We did not catch that but had experiences with a few others. On a previous investigation Julie has an EVP that was caught on a broken grave saying the destruction was done by vandals. At that gravestone there were no dates visible, just the last name. While asking questions Rachael asked "How old are you?" We got a clear reply of "50!" after one member laughed:
We also got another great EVP while Joe and Rachael were standing by a grave and just talking about the name on the gravestone. Joe asked how the name was pronounced and got "Piepkorn" as the response right before Rachael said the name how she believed it was pronounced. After Rachael said the name you can hear "Piepkorn" again:
